🍂✨ This Week at Rise & Shine Sourdough! ✨🍂

We’re doing something fun and different this weekend! Rise & Shine Sourdough will be at the Mystic Autumn Fair at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Nashua this Sunday, October 4th from 10 AM–3 PM!

The event is free to attend, and I’d love to see some familiar faces and have the chance to meet some of you in person! ❤️ There will be lots of vendors, and plenty to explore — and, of course, I’ll be there with fresh sourdough!

Because I’ll be busy baking and preparing for Sunday’s event, I’ll be accepting VERY LIMITED preorders this week.

⏰ Orders must be in by Tuesday at 9 AM and ordering may close early if I reach capacity.

Pumpkin Spice Sourdough is back this week! 🎃 This soft, cozy fall loaf was such a hit, we had to bring it back!

And we’re adding something new… S’mores Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies! 🍪🔥 A toasted graham cracker bottom topped with our sourdough chocolate chip cookie, milk chocolate, and gooey marshmallows. 🤎

I wanted to share a little about the ingredients I use and why I choose them.

I try to prioritize organic and locally sourced ingredients where I feel they matter most, while still keeping my products reasonably priced.

First and foremost - Flour. This is the heart of everything I bake, so it’s where quality matters most to me. About 90% of the flour I use is organic, with the remainder coming from local/regional mills like Ground Up Grain and Maine Grains.

Next, Oats and Spices- Kirkland’s organic Saigon cinnamon tastes 100% times better than your standard ground cinnamon. It’s strong, sweet and makes a difference in my products. Then after that, add ins. I try to use home or locally grown vegetables when possible. I also choose organic when it makes sense. The organic pumpkin I picked up today wasn’t much more than conventional, so for me, it was an easy choice.

My point is, I’m thoughtful about what goes into my products. You are buying the product not only because it tastes good but also because you know it’s made with quality ingredients that I’ve chosen with intention. 🫶🏼

🍂 Fall is making its way onto the menu! 🎃

This week I’m adding a new Pumpkin Spice Sourdough — made with real pumpkin purée, a touch of cream, brown sugar, and warm fall spices. It’s incredibly soft, lightly sweet, and basically fall in a loaf. All naturally fermented, we never use commercial yeast. 🤎

Full loaf $12 | Half loaf $6

All of your regular favorites are on the menu too! 🍞
