Life has been busy with some big new changes on the horizon (stay tuned for future updates later this summer) so I have been forgetting to share with my followers what I’ve been working on!

Here we have chocolate rolled croissants, cream cheese blueberry danishes, and then classic croissants with powdered sugar on top. Additionally, I also wanted to share my key lime pie with all of you!

Happy 21st birthday to my favorite (only) sister! Here is Aurora’s birthday cake! It’s a Genoise sponge cake with a bit of Italian buttercream, and then a mocha flavored Bavarian cream. Topped with salted caramel crisp pearls.

Here we have custard cups. They are mocha panna cotta, with a chocolate mousse, topped with a raspberry fruit coulis.
