It’s National Macaron Day!

These magical little cookies can take on so many different flavors! I’ve made so many different ones that I’m sure there’s a favorite macaron out there for everyone. To each their macaron 😉

Preorders are open for macarons! These will be available for pick up Friday 3/27-Sunday 3/29 - they’ll keep great in the freezer if you’re saving them for Easter!

💜 Caramel Delight - chocolate drizzled shells with caramel coconut filling
🌷Dirt Cake - GF Oreo Cream Cheese filling topped with a gummy worm
💚 Pistachio Chocolate- chocolate ganache and pistachio cream
🍑 Peach Ring - sugared shells with peach buttercream

Rose macarons yay ❤️ or nay 👎?

Because these have to be undermixed for that batter to hold its shape, the outer shell is thick and extra crisp - which I love! 🌹🌹🌹

Creme Brulee macarons are one of my all time favorite flavors - and this year I decided to add my homemade caramel to them!

They’re also a lot of work, so I typically only do them once a year. 😅

If you’re dreaming about these - get them in the February variety boxes - ordering is open now!

A vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream, homemade salted caramel middle, and a crunchy caramelized sugar topping.
