Took some trial and error but I have the texture, flavor and shape I wanted.

I'm thinking plain, cheddar, Jalapeño cheddar and everything for flavors. But we'll see...a cheesey garlic and onion also comes to mind...

Yo! This spot is legit! I felt like I was back in my local cheesesteak spot in Philly. Damn good food and damn good people.

And this was the first spot to have Yuengling in the area. America's oldest brewery and some damn good lager.

Check this spot out! Get an original wit whiz and ask for Old Bay on your fries.
