Some questions people may have about our offers! We hope you enjoy our sweets and we’d love to make your day just a little happier!! Our FAQs since the text is rather small!
1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by sending us a DM on Facebook or Instagram, or by visiting our website
2. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders 24–48 hours in advance to make sure your treats are fresh and available. Larger or custom orders may require additional notice.
3. Do you accept last-minute orders?
Sometimes! Last-minute orders depend on availability and current inventory, but feel free to message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept CashApp, cash, Apple Pay, and PayPal for direct orders. If you order through our website, payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. When is payment due?
Payment is usually required in advance to confirm your order and secure your pickup time.
6. Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Orders are currently available for local pickup. Delivery may be available depending on location and is an additional $5
What is the minimum order requirement?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the item. For example, cake pops have a minimum order of 4.
How can I stay updated on new treats and specials?
Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to see our newest treats, limited-time flavors, and special offers.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Our kitchen handles common allergens such as dairy, eggs, and wheat. However, if you leave a note of any restrictions with your order we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Order changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Do you ship?
Not yet! Unfortunately we aren’t shipping quite yet but we hope to eventually ship throughout the US & Canada!!
