With 2 hours left of this market, will we COMPLETELY sell out?? We'll see!!
I'm feeling very blessed this weekend-over 200 cookies sold, almost every macaron and all the sourdoughs too 😭🫶

You may not know this but my gourmet cookies are MY FAVORITE recipes to create and bake, and to see them receive SO MUCH LOVE over the last few markets has me so grateful 😭

Come see me today 10-4 at the Midland Fairgrounds, there are SO MANY great vendors.
Tips: bring cash or card, venmo has been spotty here, and wear warm clothes!! The barns are just as cold as outside!

I said I wouldn't bake more-but I lied because I can't come with NOTHING tomorrow, soooo come sell me out tomorrow too from 10-4 so I don't stay up all night for nothing!!

Come see me tonight from 5-8 for the VIP shopping for the Rebel Co. Market this weekend! I am in the Gerstacker building right in the middle, there are also 2 barns FULL of great vendors and excellent food trucks.

Tonight is $12 (12 and under free) if you did not buy the tickets pre-sale. I will also be here tomorrow from 10-4 and tickets for tomorrow at the door are $6 (12 and under free). Though I baked my little head off I can only do so much and do not have more baking in the plans for tonight so come tonight or pre-order for tomorrow for the best selection!

Let's talk sourdough for a minute✨
REAL sourdough won't have any commercial yeast. Our sourdough only has our wonderful starter lovingly named Willow in each loaf. You won't find any commercial yeast here 🙅🏼‍♀️
What makes sourdough better for you than commercial yeast? The longer fermentation helps break down gluten and complex carbs in the bread making sourdough easier to digest for everyone, including people wild mild sensitivities (not allergies). Acids produced by the natural sourdough bacteria also slow down the rate that glucuse enters the bloodstream helping with a lower blood sugar overall.
Now why does sourdough taste better?! Well I think the crisp crunchy crust and soft crumb create such a texturally satisfying bite that pairs perfectly with soups, breakfasts and as sandwiches.
Don't like sourdough because it's "too sour"?! Have you given our sourdough a try?! These loaves are the perfect balance of flavors, I can almost guarantee you will love it!

NEED SOURDOUGH THIS WEEKEND?! I will have plain and jalepeno cheddar with me tomorrow and Saturday at my market at the Midland Fairgrounds!
