Good Morning Everyone! Potato Fairy Pastries will be at the Gratiot MI Market tomorrow in the St. Louis Market building (protected from whatever chaos mother nature sends our way!) and is excited to see everyone! Other vendors like Bread Works and Frosted Fantasies will be there to. The usually menu for PFP will be there with Banana bread, Brownies, our usual cookies and a few new additions that are being test run for the market season. Hopefully we see you there!

Good Morning Everyone! Due to the loss of a very dear family member this week, Potato Fairy Pastries will not be at the Alma Farmer's Market this morning. I did also miss the St. Louis Market on Thursday. Getting logistics figured out just wasn't in the plans these past few days and I decided to spend time with loved ones. I will be able to fill any orders that come in through Facebook or Instagram. I'm sorry to miss the markets but when life throws you a curveball, you step into it and reach. Thanks everyone!

Spring means prepping for the summer markets! Tonight's test runs: dark chocolate puppy chow and homemade caramel. Now if I could only figure out sugar work and how to find the perfect level of salt for the sweet and savory lovers... oh the possibilities!

PS Cutting out and wrapping individual pieces of caramel is not for the week.
