The Moscow Food Co-op is a cooperatively-owned grocery store in Moscow, Idaho. Everyone is welcome at the Moscow Food Co-op!
(439)

We started with some fresh local produce, a few bulk bins, and a ton of big ideas. Now, 50 years later, we’ve grown to over 7,800 owners strong: a community of food-loving individuals who put local and natural products first. We’re a group of advocates for Palouse producers and families affected by food insecurity.

This September, we’re celebrating Idaho Preferred Month!

Every Idaho-grown salad green, locally crafted cheese, small-batch salsa, loaf of bread, or jar of honey represents something bigger than great food: it supports Idaho families, local jobs, and the communities we all call home.

When you choose Idaho products at the Moscow Food Co-op, you’re helping keep dollars circulating close to home while supporting the people who grow and make incredible food across our state.

Throughout September, we’ll highlight Idaho producers, feature local favorites, and celebrate all things Idaho.

Look for the Idaho Preferred logo throughout the store this month and discover your next local favorite!

Which Idaho-made product can you never leave the Co-op without?

In honor of National Food Bank Day, we’re hosting an in-store Food Drive today through September 4!

It is the perfect time to take a peek through your pantry. Have unopened, nonperishable foods you could share? Bring them along and drop them at our donation table at the front of the store.

No pantry extras? You can still help! Add an extra nonperishable item or two to your cart while you shop and donate them on your way out.

Good food should be within everyone’s reach.
That idea is right there in the name of our FLOWER Program: Fresh, Local, Organic, Within Everyone’s Reach.

FLOWER helps make shopping at the Co-op more affordable by giving eligible Co-op owners 20% off at checkout every time they shop. If you participate in SNAP/EBT, WIC, Medicaid, Pell Grant, Free School Lunch, or Section 8 Housing, you may qualify.

If the cost of becoming a Co-op owner is a barrier, our Community Equity Fund can help with ownership costs, too.

Already know about FLOWER? Help us spread the word to someone who might not. Because everyone in our community deserves access to good food.
