VANDAL HONEY BUTTER WINGS (Med)
Wings made with Irish Spike’s Vandal Wing Sauce. A mix of Irish Spike’s Northwest Classic hot sauce, honey and butter! Topped with green onions and served with your choice of dipping sauce.

LIA’S QUEEN OF THE KITCHEN WINGS (Med)
This is a fun collaboration sauce between Irish Spike and Chef Lia. This Micronesian Teriyaki has a bright burst of Meyer Lemon and an addicting salty-sweetness. Topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onions. Served with your choice of dipping sauce.

KAYLEE’S QUEEN OF PERU WINGS (Mild)
Another Irish Spike’s collaboration! This time we teamed up with Paradise Grill’s Chef Kaylee, to create a memorable Peruvian Salsa Criolla (Picked onion Salsa) with red onion, cilantro and mild aji amarillo. Topped with fresh cilantro and your choice of dipping sauce!

This Scotch Bonnet sauce just leveled up lunch. We paired our new Butterfly Effect—a stupidly good saffron and orange heat machine—with a massive pulled pork sandwich at One World Cafe. It’s unhinged and absolutely necessary. Huge shoutout to Faydi Romero for the ayhuasca-inspired label art, because normal is boring.
