Hi, I’m Kayce Bland! I specialize in gluten-free sourdough and am passionate about restoring gut health, gardening, and my chickens.

Inspired by my family’s health and GF journey. I’m excited to share with you, so come follow me and let’s make GF great! I’m Kayce Bland, married and a mother to two wonderful kids. I have a medical background and have a passion for learning and helping people. I have been gluten intolerant since 2016 with many health issues and my gluten-free journey expedited when my oldest was born in 2018 with

many health problems. Therefore, I had to learn how to make gluten-free food taste great and be nourishing and healing. As a result, my gluten-free sourdough was born in 2020. In addition to baking and creating recipes in my kitchen I love being outdoors on adventure with my family, spending time in my garden, and around my chickens.

Daffodils are up and so it begins! Tomato’s and flowers indoors and peas planted out in the beds. Praying for a good bountiful year! Zone 6b 🌱

It’s chick season!!! 8 new ladies. We are in it for the eggs and living in city we can only have so many girls. So we go with Isa Brown and they produce 1 egg a day for at minimum a year. Great birds, friendly, curious, and never go broody. Happy Spring!

GF Sourdough Tortillas turned into delicious chicken quesadillas! Oh-la-la! I like to make a big batch or tortillas and then freeze them and they are ready to go! Bulk bake when you can saves you time and energy!

GF Chocolate Rice Puff Cereal without the chemicals and loads of sugar. Add a good splash of raw milk and oh la la! A solid snack/treat for my family! Enjoy! (Recipe in pictures 👇)

Happy New Year! Ever have that chocolate craving and want something warm in winter but don’t want the sugar? Here it is; dairy free, gluten free, sugar free, stevia free hot chocolate recipe. Very easy to make. If you want some sweetness add a tiny splash maple syrup or some homemade medicinal marshmallows for a boost! Enjoy!

My kids requested cinnamon rolls and so I had to get them prepped ahead of Christmas morning. GF Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls, just waiting to be eaten! Baking ahead of time is such a time and stress saver especially around the holidays.

Tip: to reconstitute GF from frozen; on a baking sheet, use little oil to grease, place frozen cinnamon rolls on and spray well with water. Let is 5 min. Tent securely with foil (don’t want any moisture to escape). Bake 350F for about 35 min. Remove from oven and add glaze/topping when ready and enjoy!
