I wanted to give a huge shoutout and most of all a THANK YOU💐 !!! To everyone who helped us to pull off an amazing expo at Wicked Gluten Free in Fitchburg last weekend and to all of our amazing customers who truly make this wild ride worth it ❤️
We are a Small Micro-Bakery and with that comes a lot of different challenges compared to a larger commercial bakery. The fact that we were able to produce the number of breads and treats that we brought is just amazing to me. With a serious lack of sleeping hours over the 3 days leading up to the event we were still able to pull off our biggest one day event ever! And we completely SOLD OUT!!

We made
🌟110 sourdough breads
🌟50 sourdough half loaves
🌟60 caramelized onion and roasted garlic focaccias
🌟20 rosemary and olive oil focaccias
🌟64 packs of cinnamon streusel coffee cakes
🌟36 boxes of raspberry oat bars

The gluten free community is without a doubt the most supportive group you can possibly be a part of. The other vendors are your biggest cheerleaders and it was so nice to be back for my second Wicked Gluten Free Expo. The high fives and encouragement behind the scenes from one vendor to another are top tier 👌. And the customers are just the best . We had so many great conversations and everyone was incredibly patient and just happy to have some real homemade bread !
And last but definitely not least a huge thank you to my family and friends. They were able to provide so much support over the week from labeling boxes, measuring out dough and taking my daughter out of the house on adventures to staying up until the wee hours of the morning to finish getting everything packed up even though we had an early morning ahead of us. I truly could not have done it all myself. THANK YOU ❤️
