He is risen 🕊️🌷🍞🤍
Today we see that bread is so much more than flour, water, and salt.
“I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never hunger, and whoever believes in me will never thirst.” John 6:35
Bread reveals our need—for daily provision, for care, for something that truly satisfies. And all of it points to Jesus.
Baking bread points to Jesus.
Sharing a meal points to Jesus.
Serving others points to Jesus.
This Easter, I’m especially reminded that we are simply servants of Jesus—nothing more, nothing less.
Every good thing we have, every ability, every opportunity to serve… it all comes from Him.
Just as God provided manna daily in the wilderness, He still provides for us—faithfully, generously, and without hesitation. Not because we’ve earned it, but because He is so good.
And the greatest provision of all is Jesus, the true Bread of Life.
His body was broken, His life was given, and through His resurrection, we are offered a life that truly satisfies.
So we go about our days with humble hearts, open hands, and eyes that see Him in everything—simply serving Him in whatever He places before us.
And what a gift that is.
He is our provision.
He is our rest.
He is our fulfillment.
He is so good.
