It's a wrap...whew! Graduation baking/orders are now completed.

Early morning today included Cosmic Brownie Cookies and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies (not Monster). That's 600 cookies in just over 2 days, 2 almost all nighters and all sort of YUM smells, all... weekend... long.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip (photo included) is becoming an all around favorite.

I just completed a graduation order this morning and have a few extra fresh baked gourmet cookies available for pickup tonight!

Flavors today are: Golden Oreo, Toffee Monster, Cookie Monster. All cookies are 2.5-3 oz, so relatively large and loaded.

Box of 6 assorted cookies available for $15 today. 5 boxes available.

Today's venture was a mighty tasty one. Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies....oh my YUM!! Batter loaded with all the goods, then stuffed with a soft caramel, and topped with English Toffee bits, chocolate, drizzle and flaky sea salt. This recipe definitely will not disappoint.

Who else has a 2026 Marshall HS Graduate? I am having fun coming up with ideas for grad cookies. I am positive no one will leave my son's reception even a little bit hungry! So far: Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch, Oatmeal M&M Chocolate Chip, Cosmic Brownie, Golden Oreo and Cookie Monster rocking the school colors.. We have so many ideas for St. Patrick's Day, and Easter. So many! We're prepping for some upcoming celebrations, so may lock these ideas in the vault for next year. Nonetheless, we need to perfect the recipes, taste, blends etc, so yeah why not mess around with the ideas. And, who says Lucky Charms marshmallows are only meant to be in cereal??? They are so good with buttercream on our favorite sugar cookie. My youngest is stealing them before they're set;)

What are your thoughts? Just cereal, or wherever we find that makes sense? What else would these cute dehydrated colored marshmallows pair well with??
