One of my Farmer's Market regulars ordered her two Farmer's Market faves to use some gift certificates - s'more cookies and strawberry rolls. So I'll have them for the rest of you tomorrow in the cart!

Some of you have asked how things are going since I haven't been super active on this page. You're not wrong! I've been doing less, because time/energy in my life hasn't allowed for more.

I picture myself like those acrobats that spin the plates up on sticks. And most of my plates are very wobbly, close to falling, or have already fallen.

With that, I'm going to be stepping back from the bakery. I'm not sure if this is temporary or forever, but it's reality for right now.

Here's the skinny of what's coming:

💚I will keep all current orders that are placed and fulfill them as promised.

💚I will have a Bakery Cart this coming Friday, May 15th. No pre-orders. No set menu. Come and grab some cookies and cake jars from 3-6.

💚Reach out if you have a gift certificate to use or have an order you'd like to place. Orders going forward will be very limited.

❤️I will not be at the Marshall Farmer's Market this summer.

❤️I will not be taking holiday orders.

❤️I will not have any regular Bakery Carts.

Again, I'm not sure what's in store for the future of the bakery, but I am sure about how grateful I am for all of you who have come alongside me! You'll be the first to know if something changes or if I get a wild hair to bake!

I'm so excited to make some fun cakes for Hope Harbor's Dessert Frenzy tomorrow night!

I know there are loads of great cake decorators in Marshall, so I know mine won't be the prettiest, but I know they'll be delicious!

Easter Preview Bakery Cart!

I know, I know, it's been a bit. Truthfully, I'm just trying to keep up with orders, my other job, and having 3 busy kids!

But I'm still here!

The Bakery Cart is a self-serve cart that sits in front of my home. When it's out, simply drive up, pick your goodies, pay (Venmo or a locked cash box), and be on your way!

This nice weather has me thinking about spring and Easter!

While I wasn't prepping for a Bakery Cart today, there were still some yummy things happening in my kitchen!

The flight of cheesecake cookies. 😍 From the top: blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, salted caramel, and turtle. The turtle has homemade caramel, homemade chocolate sauce, and chopped pecans. I think the turtle is my new favorite cookie!

These lovelies were heading to my daughter's school for teachers on Parent Teacher Conference night. Gluten friendly included as well, in their separate box.

What other events are these just perfect for??
