I had the opportunity to make these adorable cupcakes for a double one year old birthday (2 babies turning one. How cute!)
They came out adorable! the Mom wanted it to match the birthday sign- i think i did a pretty good job!

🌟 Upgrade Your Chanukah Doughnuts with 3 Delicious Ideas!🍩✨

Step 1: Make Your Cream Cheese Filling
- whip up 8 oz heavy cream or whipping cream until stiff peaks
- in sep bowl, beat 1 container cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 2: Fry and Cool Your Doughnuts

Step 3: Choose Your Favorite Flavor

1️⃣ Strawberry Shortcake Doughnuts
- Blend freeze-dried strawberries into a powder and mix with the cream cheese filling.
- Fill the doughnuts, then top with vanilla icing and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.

2️⃣ Caramel Cheesecake Doughnuts
- Mix store-bought caramel sauce into the cream cheese filling.
- Fill the doughnuts, then top with a swirl of caramel cream.

3️⃣ Chocolate Cheesecake Doughnuts
- Add cocoa powder to the cream cheese filling.
- Fill the doughnuts, then top with a rich and easy chocolate ganache. In small saucepan heat up 1/4 c heavy cream until simmers.
Pour over chopped chocolate bar and mix. Let cool slightly before dipping donuts in

Hi there!

This Chanukah, let’s make sweet things happen together! I'll be sharing fun tips, tricks, and ideas to elevate your celebrations with a touch of creativity and joy.

Today, I’m bringing you two delightful Chanukah cookie ideas:

1️⃣ Paint-Your-Own Sugar Cookies
- Start with your favorite sugar cookie recipe and use Chanukah-themed cookie cutters to shape the dough.
- After baking and cooling, roll out white fondant and cut out matching shapes.
- Lightly dampen the top of each cookie with water to act as "glue" and attach the fondant.
- Hand the kiddos edible paint palettes and let them decorate their cookies like mini works of art!

2️⃣ Glittery Chanukah Gelt Cookies
- Make your favorite zebra cookie recipe, but skip rolling them in powdered sugar.
- Bake as directed, and while they’re still warm, gently press a chocolate coin into the center of each cookie.
- Once cooled, sprinkle or spray the cookies with edible glitter for a festive sparkle!
