My poor family has been neglected for quite some time while I not only created the dessert table, I planned, ordered & executed most of the details of my sister's entire wedding. But to watch it all blossom into the most perfect day made it almost worth it. 😂 ❤️
A three tier cake
Top: carrot cake with Bavarian cream filling
Middle: chocolate chocolate chip cake with cookies and cream filling
Bottom: lemon cake with raspberry filling
All covered in cream cheese frosting.
4 dozen cupcakes - coconut cake with chocolate buttercream and PB & J cupcakes (vanilla cupcake with strawberry filling and peanut butter buttercream)
And 150 swiss macarons (not sure I'll ever make them again, I'm positive I threw more away than I was successful at making) 😂
