Where are my zucchini and pear fans at? 🙋🏼‍♀️
When I couldn't study for one more minute tonight, I decided I should probably utilize the white zucchini that has been taunting me from my counter. I also figured he needed a friend, so I went out to "shop" the stand and decided I would make some zucchini pear bread.
It did not disappoint!! Fresh zucchini, pears, homemade vanilla from From Scratch Farmhouse, and some homecanned maple vanilla applesauce from my last years stash (which includes Woodford syrup from Arnolds Sugar Bush & Farm LLC ) It does NOT get more fresh than this!

I have 4 mini loaves up for grabs at $6/each before B has me toss them in the freezer for him. Let me know if you need some in your life 🥰

I was making naan pizza crusts for an order yesterday. I made them a little bigger than the minis, probably about 8 inches. B said, "You know what you could make with those? Elephant ears."
In honor of Lapeer Days coming to town this week, challenge accepted! Swapped the Italian seasoning and garlic powder for cinnamon and vanilla and topped with melted butter, more cinnamon, and raw turbinado sugar.
Not as greasy as the carnival, and pretty dang delicious.

Prep is up and running for the market this Saturday! Pre-orders are officially CLOSED!
Thank you to everyone who ordered, I will have them with me starting at 9am at the market.
