She made 250 cupcakes and delivered them to the venue. She also changed up the color scheme for me with a last minute request. Her buttercream icing held up in the heat. Best of all they were delicious. I may have ordered a few too many but I’m not sad that I have some yummy treats in my freezer. I highly recommend this company! Quality all the way."

*Attention* I will now be charging a late fee (at my discretion) for pickups. Please do not be 2 hours late, leave your ordering sitting in 85° weather, then ask me for a refund. As per my policy, I am not responsible for any products once they are accepted at pick-up/delivery and refunds are FULLY at my discretion when things do happen. Please remember, buttercream WILL melt in the heat!
*edit- please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever have any issues, need to change a pick-up time etc! I am very easy to work with and more than willing to accommodate my clients whenever possible. I do understand things happen, you run late (lord knows I'm the queen of that) I'm more than willing to help get you your order, fix an order etc even if its something I'm not responsible for, but please please PLEASE be respectful of myself and my time ❤️

Graduation theme cupcakes! To those seeing the drama, these are the cupcakes being disputed. I will happily share ALL correspondence with the customer if needed. Anyone that works with me knows I pride myself in my work and my customer service, I always go above and beyond for my costumers and always will. I do ALWAYS ask for honest reviews, however, I do expect them to be honest, good or bad and I do require the same respect in return and will not tolerate threats, name calling and slander, especially for an order that was EXACTLY what was ordered. Have a fantastic day everyone and stear clear of the negativity, some people are just miserable 😅❤️

Barbie was setup and decorated around airplane shooter bottles the customer added after pick-up.
