Here’s our update to our inspection day:
We officially have our approval through the state for our kitchen! This is incredible and so exciting.
However, we still have a few fixes with some other things in the building. This is a normal process, we want to open with all t’s crossed and I’s dotted. We also want to make sure everything is safe in the beginning. There are apartments above and all around us and other businesses and we have their safety in mind as well. These fixes are not huge and I am very grateful for that. So we’ll be on the schedule next Wednesday for another return on all of the corrections. We will always keep you informed because we know how excited most of you are as we are too. Here’s a few pictures that I snapped in the back of the house so you can actually see behind the scenes. (The first one is the beautiful sunshine coming in those front windows, and the reflection of our name is one of our favorites).
