Happy Anniversary to this best selling cookie!

The Cheesecake Stuffed Elephant Ear was inspired by Lapeer Days several years ago - became a best seller and has never left our menu.

This is more than a “snickerdoodle”. We worked on the dough for weeks and weeks to give it a specific, chewy texture. Stuffed it with cheesecake and rolled it in cinnamon and sugar.

Many years ago, when we had our sandwich shop in Ferndale, there was a vendor at the Rust Belt market who made incredible jewelry. I felt completely in love with this brand, but after some health issues, the brand took a hiatus.

I was devastated because I would buy these pieces as gifts all the time

As I was walking around Lapeer days I noticed that Kristina is back in action bringing us these incredible pieces. We were both so happy to see each other.

Make sure to check her out along with all the other vendors and when you need a treat come to us for your cookie cream!!
