We have to apologize to the Elephant Ear Cookie Cream lovers. Because we out did ourselves with this one it’s possibly the most beautiful cookie cream we ever made.

This is the Horchata with Dulce De Leche.

We went all-in on spice this month.

So next month, we’re going sweet.

We had one person guess part of the pink cookie - but no one else has quite picked up on this trending flavor yet. What could it be? All we can say is that this flavor enhances chocolate like no other. And no. It’s not espresso.

The yellow cookie … this is a knock out. We’ve never tried this flavor before and we’re glad we waited till we had the perfect version to share with all of you. Mind blown!!

Last but not least - this stuffed cookie is still figuring out how it wants to show up in this world. But let us be the first to say WOW. Creamy and sweet. And so so yummy!!!
