We promised you a June cookie class!
Join us in our Lake Orion workshop for our next Creating the Cookie Canvas event. This intensive class walks you through all the steps to achieving beautifully flooded royal icing cookies, exploring topics such as dough prep, icing consistencies, piping techniques, and storage and packaging. Participants tell us this is the most thorough cookie class around! We have welcomed complete beginners, skilled hobbyists and professional chefs to this course, and hope you will join us too -- wherever you are in your cookie journey!
