I Can't Believe It's Gluten Free Making gluten free foods that don't taste gluten free! Our baked goods are moist, full of flavor and not gritty at all. My name is Sheryl Darroch.

At I Can't Believe It's Gluten Free, we believe that gluten free foods don't have to taste like they are gluten free. I am the founder and head baker at I Can't Believe It's Gluten Free. I am on a mission to make gluten free foods that don't taste gluten free. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. The only treatment for Celiac's is to refrain from eating gluten, which is found in

wheat, barley and rye (and countless products that you buy/eat every day). Although gluten free products are exploding in popularity, it is still hard to find good, quality gluten free foods. But I am here to change that. I have been experimenting in my kitchen for years, and I have learned how to make delicious gluten free baked goods, that even the most discerning pallet will enjoy.
