Just a further reminder to you all out there on the Interlink!

We will continue selling St. Paul Farmers' Market on Saturdays through the rest of this year, yes including Winter Outdoors, and through Summer of 2027! We will also be selling at the Oakdale Indoor Winter Market starting in December.

We are no longer selling on Sun or Wed at any markets.

To ALL of our GREAT CARBHEADS/HOLICS out there!!!!!

This Sunday August 23 2026 will be our last Sunday market St. Paul Farmers' Market !!!!

We are still very hopeful someone will take things over from us and continue our reign of terror to your olfactory senses. But as for now we can only do what we can.

Thank you ALL for being the GREATEST CUSTOMERS any business could have hoped for!!!!!

To all of our Great Carbheads in Oakdale!! This was a tough decision and we took it to the very last minute.

With our current situation with getting regular help in and some on going health issues with the Bread Guy, we are not planning on being at this Summers Oakdale Outdoors Market!😭😭😭😭😭 We will keep Nate informed if and when we could pop up out there.

We're still hoping to find some one to take over here at the bakery and at Markets.

You all have been the greatest customers we could have hoped for and this has been tough.

Hello to all our Carbone's!!! It's been awhile, sorry, just trying to keep up! Right now we're not going to be St. Paul Farmers' Market this Sat or Sun. Right now the Bread Guy's only at 60% of his normal 110% and we think he needs to reset and recharge!!! He'll be back!!! You can't keep him out for long, like getting back to market 2 days after a stroke a couple of years ago!!!!!

As you well know, here at Bitmad Bakery.......we do things a different kind of special!!!!

As for the Oakdale market. So very sorry we're still trying to figure out our employees and how we can get back out there! We'll be back soon with more!!

Thank you one and all for 15 plus years of making the best breads we could share with you!!! We maybe a Bitmad.....but y'all are the Bitmader Best!!!!!

Hello to all our Carbheads and Holics!!!!

We really need your help so we can continue helping you enjoy our fabulous breads!!

PLEASE PASS THIS ON!!!!! WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!!!

We really need to find young enthusiastic bakers or two who would be interested in taking over Bitmad Bakery!! Yes, we're getting too old for this and we really can't leave you all high and dry!!! They will be able to automatically have a spot St. Paul Farmers' Market and expand on our current wholesale business too. We need bakers who won't cheat you out of the best ingredients we use to make our breads the best. Bakers who might have the energy and vision to expand our products to more Co-Ops in the area and maybe come up with something new for y'all to love.
