SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with a very heavy heart that after 2 years in Hudson (should have been 3, but... Covid) we must announce the closing of our Hudson location. 2022 was a very hard year in business, and not just for us, but for everyone!

We have been debating this decision for some time now, and the time has come a little faster than we expected.

Over our holiday break, I came to the very painful realization that both my tiny team and I are absolutely spread too thin right now and utterly exhausted. When I combined that with the effects of inflation over not only 2021 but the entirety of 2022, and our current unpredictable economy moving into 2023, our choice and window of opportunity were abundantly clear.

There is, however, a silver lining to this announcement, if you will have it. As of next week, I will be running our daily delivery service to Hudson! We are in the process of both redesigning and streamlining our website and online ordering system, as well as expanding our hours in New Richmond to better serve our communities and customers.

We will also still be supporting Hudson's foster kiddos through our KINDERKAKES program with St.Croix Valley Children's Services.

I want to thank each and every one of you who supported our Hudson location over the years. I hope you will always be the loudest in our fan club! You are the true small business rock stars, and we love you! I could never express how much y'all mean to me!

ALLERGEN FRIENDLY PIES! WHY YES, YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT SPOT! GLUTEN FREE? DAIRY FREE? EGG FREE? VEGAN? KETO, KETO KETO?? A MIXED COMBO? YEP, WE CAN DO THAT!

ALL OUR PIES CAN BE MADE GLUTEN FREE( WE USE SAME KITCHEN SPACE, BUT DIFFERENT TIMES, AND AFTER A THUROUGH CLEAN DOWN.)
We cannot guarantee 100% gluten free, as we are not a dedicated gf kitchen, but I have a great appreciation for the allergy (my husband is celiac, and we test out all products on him🤣) and my gluten free following would tell you I have a pretty good track record!

*DUTCH CARAMEL APPLE PIE- We take a traditional apple pie, and instead of a lattice top, we top it off with and oatmeal strussel and a generous drizzle of our scratchmade salted caramel sauce!

*PUMPKIN CHIFFON PIE- The chiffon pie dates back to 1926, while the pumpkin pie dates back to 1796!!! This is my Thanksgiving twist, on 2 classics! Super Light and fluffy pumpkin filling, topped off with fresh whipped cream! This pie is subtlety sweet and full of fall spices!!! It's also, one of our best sellers!

*CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE- sometimes known as Millionaires pecan pie, this simple twist adds rich dark chocolate chunks, to a classic pecan pie, giving it both more texture, and better depth in flavor!

*RUMCHATA PUMPKIN PIE- I could come up with about 100 different pumpkin pies if you let me, but this one is a customer favorite! Rumchata (Hispanic inspired horchata liqueur) adds an almost churro like infusion to this boozy pumpkin pie!!

*MAPLE BOURBON PECAN PIE- pecans, bourbon, maple syrup.... need we say anything more?!

*MIXED BERRY STRUSSEL- a Chef John delight! Jammy Mixed berry pie, topped with an oatmeal strussel, that is perfect for those fruit pie lovers in your life!
