Happy new year to all!! As 2024 comes to an end, I want to thank every single person that has supported my small business during its FIRST year!! All the friendships made (fellow vendors, business owners & customers) are very special to me! I appreciate each of you!!

I've had so many people ask me for fruit cake - so here it is!!

Making it's debut tomorrow at the Merry Makers Market at the Roundhouse

Loaded with candied fruit (cherries & pineapple), dates, Raisins, and Walnuts 😋, it is based off of an old fashioned recipe. No, it is not soaked in any kind of alcohol (sorry 😞🤣). Stop by my table and grab one tomorrow and Sunday!!

I did my first catering event this past Sunday - a family brunch! This was fun and a big learning experience for me!! The menu was banana Walnut bread, Pumpkin Bread, mini muffins (chocolate chip, cranberry orange, and gluten free apple cinnamon), blueberry and Asiago bagels, ham & cheese egg bake, Veggie egg bake, breakfast burritos, and sugar cookies to decorate for the kids!!!
