Soooo… this is what happens when you forget to add salt to the bread. We won’t have any of our wild and wonderful sourdough, our everything, olive Rosemary, cinnamon raisin, or pepperoni roll sourdough today. We WILL have pickle rye, multigrain, french country, white, wheat, Cuban, and baguette. So… if any of those appeal to you, come see us from 8-4 today. Tell us about your biggest mess-up at work. Pepperoni roll sourdough in a mozzarella basil grilled cheese! One of our lovely regulars sent us a pic of her lunch yesterday and it was just too good not to share. Come see us, 8-4 on Friday or 8-5 all weekend!

Pepperoni roll sourdough is our June special! West Virginia day is on June 20, and we’re gearing up with one of our most special loaves of the year. Taking a nod from the miner heritage, the pepperoni roll is our state food- and we honor that with our sourdough that’s chock full of pepperoni chunks and smoked mozzarella. Try this bread as a great grilled cheese, or make a griddled toast with a drizzle of honey. We’ll have this for a few weeks but today (Sunday) is its debut- come see us!

Sunday at Bolivar Bread is the best! We’ll have all your favorites- including the return of pepperoni roll sourdough! Focaccia pizza slices hit the counter at 11- shop is open 8-5!
