Honesty time 😮‍💨

I attempted to make all the varieties of breads this morning and I was in tears the pain was unimaginable. I have this issue with letting people down and feeling like I didn’t do enough. It weighs heavy on me.
With that said we are going to do things differently this week for bread and possibly next week. I will be making a limited amount of the specialty flavor loaves for each day as advertised but that’s it. If you need a white/multigrain/ or Ezekiel please message me and I will make those on the side afterwards and we can setup a pickup date and time. Please, please don’t go without your bread!!! It’s so important to me that each of you are eating your healthy nutritional breads. This way I can take breaks during the baking process and I won’t have to have everything done at once when we open. This will allow my ribs time to recover between bakes. I’m sorry for this inconvenience 😞

Thank you to each and every one of you guys who came and supported our bakery! This community we have built is so fantastic and I love seeing you guys and getting to chat about our beliefs and methods of baking and seeing your passions for clean eating and getting back to basics grow as ours have!

Thank you for showing patience with me and my family during my injury as well. I’m sorry I can’t make everything at the moment but I promise we are producing all the variety’s and as much volume as we can at the moment. It kills me that I can’t bake everything you guys are requesting for the time being. I’m praying my ribs/muscles heal quick so I can get back in the saddle 🫶🏻
