It is 4:00 on Friday afternoon and we just found out the Downtown Saturday market is cancelled. We still have LOTS of bread in process, and many prepped pastries we will have to bake off before tomorrow morning. That means big sale! Effective immediately and through tomorrow.

All loaves of bread $5.
-Huge variety. All baked fresh.
All croissant varieties $3. 
-this includes ham and cheese, chocolate, berry pinwheels, and cruffins coming out fresh tomorrow morning.
All muffins and scones $2, 1 dozen for $20

Wanted to take a second to introduce our newer customers to Carl. Carl is our sourdough starter. He has lived in this building for 26 years. He came from a family that carried him along the Oregon Trail from Mississippi to Oregon in 1847. We use Carl in 10 different sourdough varieties throughout the year. We don’t sell Carl, but we are happy to give him away if you want to try your hand at sourdough bread.
