The queen of pastries 👑

The Kouign-Amann (pronounced "queen-a-mahn") is a rich, buttery, and caramelized pastry from Brittany, France, whose name means "butter cake" in the Breton language. It's made from a laminated dough (like a croissant) with a high ratio of butter and sugar, creating a flaky, tender interior with a crispy, sticky, salted caramel crust.

Available Monday to Saturday all year round, but come early - they sell out fast!
