Flaky, buttery layers 🧈🥐 my first attempt at croissants turned out better than expected! So excited to give them another shot, and hopefully get the shape right! These were SUCH a labor of love, 2 days and some intense arm muscle, but it was worth every second

I’m Emily! A recent graduate of Ferris State University, and certified radiologic technologist - R.T. (R). Outside of work, you can find me at the gym in the morning, thrifting/shopping, or hanging out with my boyfriend, Chance!
