Hi Neighbors!
For the past year, l've been quietly baking and refining my sourdough and small-batch recipes at home, using traditional methods and ingredients I genuinely believe in. I've finally decided it's time to share it a little more intentionally.
Little Scone on the Prairie is my small-batch cottage bakery, rooted in slow fermentation, organic ingredients, and simple, nourishing food. I source organic staples, prioritize local ingredients when available, and even use herbs grown right at home whenever possible.
Everything is made in my home kitchen with care, patience, and a lot of love for the process — not shortcuts.
Right now, my menu includes:
• Naturally leavened sourdough bread
• English sourdough muffins
• Chocolate chip sourdough scones
• Rosemary garlic focaccia
I'm keeping things small, seasonal, and sustainable, with limited weekly availability while I continue building this thoughtfully.
