Haven't posted in a while but just putting this out there as a reminder that if you need anything we are still here, just under cottage law. Thank you Sandy, for coming back to up again for your gluten free cannolis! What is it 3 or 4 years that we have made cannolis for your grand daughter? Anyway thank you again and hope everyone out there is doing well. We love you all for your support as we figure out our next steps and heal.

A finial farewell to our adventure in Marne. It is very bittersweet and so sad to see the space empty. A year ago we had so many aspirations for our Bakery in this location. We have had some amazing events and some amazing customers. We hope we will see you all again. Keep an eye on here as we will post pop ups and festivals so you will know where to find us. We are also available for bakery orders just send us a message or text!

As we wrap up this chapter of Novel Pastries Bakery and Cafe, we thought we would share some memories from the journey. We were blessed to have the opportunity to be apart of the Marne Community for a short time. Thank you to all who supported us. Those that helped with the build out, those who were emotional support, and to all of our Customers and followers we are so thankful for all of you.

Keep watching for our next steps. We aren't giving up, we will find the right place and we will hopefully see all of you again!

In the meantime we are still available for Bakery orders, just message us or text.

Today is our last day open to the public at the 14345 Ironwood Dr location. Feel free to come in and get a goodie, all baked goods are half off. Once we sell out we will be closed for the day.
We are sad to close our doors, but truly believe that when one door closes another one opens and that when we find another store front it will be even better. Thank you all for your support.

Sadly this is our last week at this location. We will be closed on Monday and will have normal business hours Tuesday through Friday (6am till 5pm) and then we will be permanently closed at this location as of Saturday October 4rd.
We are so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this community and we thank all of our loyal customers. While we won't be at this location we will taking a step back. We haven't decided wether we will go back to the commercial kitchen or just return to Cottage law until we find a new location. Either way we will be available for orders, so if you have a special event coming up reach out to us we would love to help you. If you are interested in rolls, cookies or cupcakes/cakes, bread, Gluten-free baked goods for the Holidays we can absolutely help you with that too. Text or message us on Facebook and we will give you a quote on what you are looking for.

We will keep everyone updated on our search for a new location on our page.
