Good day! I am working on my cottage today, but Indo have some breads out.

New Raspberry English Muffins!
Plain and 1 Blueberry!
Sandwich loaf and some cookies!
Also the favorite Oatmeal Irish Cream Pies!

Thank you to all who came out to the Mount Airy Farmers Market! I loved seeing you all! And thank you for helping me sell out by 4:30-5 pm ish! Sorry to those that missed the English Muffins! I was sold out in 30 minutes of getting there! I will be Investigating a way to make many more English Muffins!

Well, I think it is time to have a specialty in my baking and concentrate on that. For the last few years everyone has enjoyed my baking. It it has gotten increasingly harder to bake everyone’s favorites. So I am going to be specializing in my Sourdough English Muffins, Scones, Specialty Breads and Cookies. I am going to cut back on selling classic sourdoughs loaves. There have been several people opening and selling classic sourdoughs in their home bakeries in the Damascus area and the most recent one I saw on the Marketplace is selling for $4/loaf. I’m not sure how, but I can’t compete with that price with the ingredients I purchase for mine.

I will concentrate on my Wednesday and Thursday Farmer’s Markets (and try and add a weekend farmer’s market) and my weekend Sunday pre-orders. Everything will be the same minus the classic sourdoughs. My soft sandwich loaves are popular and so I will keep those on the menu.

If you just can’t live without my Classic Sourdoughs, don’t worry, text me and request! I will still bake for those that are regular customers and love my bread! As always, I will never say no!

So I hope I will still see you at my farmer’s markets and my farm stand this summer on the weekends.

I will soon have veggies from my garden as well!

Hello everyone! Today is the Mount Airy Farmers Market however I am going. To skip it this week with the potential of severe weather and downpours. Two weeks ago I went but had to pack up before even getting unpacked and lost a lot of product to the trash can when I didn’t get visitors to my farm stand. The next few days after. I can’t chance that again. I will see you next week and I am praying for always good weather on Wednesdays and Thursdays this summer!!
