They are local Montgomery County, Maryland natives and graduates from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in upstate New York. Patrick and Erica have gained valuable experience working for Michelin star restaurants in New York City and Los Angeles. After returning home and getting married in May of 2019, the talented duo decided to venture out on their own to share their love for food with

all of us - including those who suffer from gluten sensitivities or worse: Celiac disease. What is gluten? Gluten (n.) a protein found in most grains that can trigger serious health problems or sensitivities. What is Celiac disease? Celiac disease (n.) an immune reaction to eating gluten that creates inflammation and damages the small intestine's lining. The only real treatment for Celiac disease is a gluten-free diet. Impasta Gluten-free's mission is to bring awareness to this very real food sensitivity and produce safe, delicious products that EVERYONE can eat and enjoy.
