*Allergen Alert*
NUTS~ Due to MY food allergies, I have a nut free home. I apologize, but I can not work with nuts, their oils or their flavorings. For those who have nut allergies, please be assured that none of my bowls, tools, pans or mixers have ever come in contact with nuts! Organics~ I am MORE then happy to use organic ingredients in your cake or cupcakes! Sadly, there will have to be a n
ominal fee due to the cost of these ingredients. Please contact me, I can either use ALL organic, or just organic dairy (which is what I use when baking for my family). Gluten~ Two of my kids, as well as myself are gluten intolerant. I discovered this about myself and one of them at the beginning of covid. So I spent a solid year baking gluten free muffins, desserts and everything else almost daily. Besides being a lot of fun, I’ve found, in many cases tweaked, a ton of gf recipes or recipes that work great with certain gf flours. Not gonna lie, I’ve gotten pretty good at the whole gluten free thing. I do have weaknesses, but I’m working on them. Anyhow, although our home isn’t gluten free, I fully understand and relate. When making any allergy, celiac, etc cake, I make sure that everything is scrubbed and machine washed and the kitchen gets an extra cleaning. I also do not make any nongluten free food within 24 hours- so the dust has time to settle. I can not promise that there will be no cross contamination, but I can assure you that every step I know of will be taken to protect whomever has the allergy. Milk,~ Same at Gluten. :)

2. Although every precaution is taken to ensure allergy free goods (see above). I can not 100% garauntee that it is 100% allergen free and can not be responsible for a reaction.
3. I am not a licensed dealer of trademarked likenesses (Carebears, Little Mermaid, etc). Thus, you are not paying for the actual trademarked item, but rather my time in making the goods. Sorry, had to put that stuff in there to cover my butt ;)
