If you have out of state friends you want to gift our Ensaimada with, just give us their names and address. We will bake , pack and ship them for you, even send your holiday message for you.

We’ve added a few exciting flavors:

We are 💯% sure it will be an out of the ordinary surprise for your friends.

We’re currently developing a new flavor that we’d like to launch in the spring! Would you be excited to get a first taste of it before launch day?

Our Ensaimadas have a naturally long shelf life.
This beauty has been in the freezer for more than 2 weeks. I just defrosted it in the microwave for 3 minutes and wow! It looks and tastes like it has just been taken out fresh from the oven.
So yummy!
