Did you know my cookies freeze beautifully?

This order was SIX dozen for a repeat customer who loves stocking the freezer, 3 dozen peanut butter and 3 dozen chocolate chip!

I bake them fresh and package them in freezer bags, write the date, kind and amount (1 dozen per bag). When you get home, just gently press out the extra air, seal, and pop them in the freezer! Take out a few to thaw ( or eat frozen, I’m guilty of that) whenever that cookie craving hits.

Perfect for stocking up for the holidays, sharing with unexpected guests, or keeping a little treat tucked away for yourself!

Update! I’m slowly getting back into baking and taking orders. I’ll be focusing on assorted dessert boxes and assorted cookie boxes for themed parties/ holiday gatherings/ or just because you have a sweet tooth! I’m especially excited to be putting together a Bridgerton themed tea party dessert box next week! Stay tuned for a peek at all the pretty little treats! Tomorrow is officially the FIRST DAY OF FALL! Which means it’s finally time for me to head back into the Chasing Flavors kitchen and start working on something I’ve been thinking about. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be testing and perfecting my Fall Cookie Collection, a lineup of unique, from scratch flavors inspired by everything I love about this season. Warm spices, toasted nuts, maple, caramel, brown butter, cozy fall fruits and a few combinations you probably won’t find in your average cookie box! I really want this collection to be different, not just the same pumpkin spice cookie you see everywhere every fall. I want each flavor to have its own personality and give you that “wait what’s in this?” moment. There will be plenty of experimenting, taste testing and probably a few recipes that never make it past my kitchen, but that’s part of the fun. Fall flavor testing starts tomorrow! I’ll be sharing little sneak peeks along the way, but I’m keeping a few surprises to myself until the final collection is ready. Chasing Flavors Fall Collection coming soon.
