What’s baking?

With 15 dozen farm fresh eggs on hand, it’s time to put some of them to good use!

Today I’m boiling 4 dozen eggs and baking homemade Shokupan (Japanese milk bread) to make Tamago Sando!

Soft, fluffy milk bread filled with a creamy egg salad made with Kewpie mayonnaise… delicious.

May give away floral cupcakes. Top row is peaches n cream, middle row is lemon blueberry, bottom row is raspberry white chocolate, hawthorn flowers and lily of the valley flowers. Not pictured are also a dozen chocolate chip cookies that go with the give away!
