Why hire a professional bakery for your event? To take care of all the tasty details of course!

This set was a beautiful combination of printed and hand decorated cookies for a design firm's open house. We fit them to the theme and made it match the decor for the event. This way the cookies became an extension of the decor and the printed cookies were a chance for marketing for the firm.

One of the things that drew me to decorated cookies - the creativity! Taking someone's ideas and creating something that captured all the emotions. Mixing textures and colors in a way that makes each cookie a unique part of a cohesive set.

I'll be at the Breakfast of Champions this Wednesday to support NM Dream Center. You can grab some of our delicious pastries and hear about the work they're doing in our state to fight trafficking. Will I see you there? Let me know in the comments and come say hi!

"Recently came to a class with an individual I work with and the atmosphere was wonderful. The instructor was so great and knowledgeable. I was mostly a chaperone, but I love the atmosphere and pricing is very affordable. Will definitely be scheduling a class in the future!"

Thanks for joining us in class and for the review!

Our Royal Icing 101 class is coming up on November 7th. Tickets are still available on our website.

One of the reasons we stick to classic flavors - we know you've got a lot of people to please! Flavors like chocolate, caramel, and citrus are always sure to be a hit.
