Happy Fall, Y’all!

We took a few weeks off to travel for work, test out recipes for fall flavors, and welcome a brand new rescue pup into the family 🐾💜 (swipe to see our newest little crumb catcher, Hercules!).

Starting next week, we’re back to baking with three cozy fall flavors joining the lineup:
🍊 Cinnamon Cranberry Orange Loaf
🍏 Spiced Apple Focaccia
🎃 Pumpkin Pecan Focaccia

As always, everything’s made with our sourdough starter, Doughbiewan Kenobi, and baked fresh for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday pickup. Delivery available for a small fee!

🥖 Did you know? Your focaccia has staying power!

At Rebel Crumb, our specialty sourdough focaccia is best enjoyed fresh — but if you have leftovers (or incredible willpower), we’ve got you covered!

📦 Room Temp:
Wrap it tight, store in a Ziploc, or in an airtight container for 3–5 days. Skip the fridge — it’s a crumb-killer!

❄️ Freeze for Later:
Wrap individual slices and freeze. Reheat in the oven or toaster for that warm, bakery-fresh magic ✨

🔥 Pro Tip:
Even at room temp, a splash of water + 5–7 mins in the oven at 350° can bring your slice back to Day 1 glory.

Because focaccia this good deserves to last a little longer 💛

It’s spicy, it’s cheesy, and it’s kind of a big dill (especially if you add pickles). Fresh roasted green chile and sharp cheddar are folded into our naturally leavened sourdough for a loaf that’s bold, tangy, and totally crave-worthy.

Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, or snacking straight from the slice—no shame, just flavor.

Fresh, zesty, and made with love.
This week’s Lemon Blueberry Focaccia is something truly special—bursting with flavor and made entirely from scratch. Each pan is packed with three cups of fresh blueberries and the juice and zest of four whole lemons.

This isn’t your average focaccia—and yes, it’s priced a bit higher than our usual menu items. Why? Because it takes up to three days to bring these loaves to life, from fermenting the dough to crafting the topping with care.

The ingredients are simple and whole. The process is slow and intentional. The result is worth every step.

Thank you to everyone who supports my little home bakery dream. I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to do what I love and help support my family along the way. I can’t wait to bake each pan with love for your Mother’s Day weekend orders.
