What a day! Two places to catch us this weekend- tomorrow (Saturday) 10-5 at our storefront, 12126 nm-14 suit D, and Sunday Market Halloween Farewell 12-4 next to triangle. Come to both 😙 menu:

In the adventures of bringing nutritional whole food plant based goodness into our lives…Welcome praline shortbread squares! My step dad has been diabetic for many years and my mother has acquired tons of amazing delectable recipes with low carbs and no refined sugars. I’m taking those recipes, turning them sourdough and x-naying the butter oil and dairy.
These are almond flour, a little sourdough starter, agave, and a couple other healthful fixins. Wrapped up into what tastes like a mini pecan pie. Healthy does not have to suck! Making a batch fresh for Wednesday :)

New addition: SOURDOUGH Whole Food Plant Based Brownies, WFBP Pumpkin Chai Breads. Sweetened with agave no cane sugar.
When people ask why and how I got started making sourdough- it all came back to me healing my body with nutrient rich plant based foods. Something I am passionate about. Which drove me into bread making then the love of fermentation. I have been feeling the pull to get back to this lifestyle for myself, and I want to share that with my community. I’ll still continue to produce your favorite goodies, don’t you worry, but it never hurts to add a more healthful “mindful” option to the menu :) let’s grow this together!!
