Focaccia is back! Also I ruined more croissant dough because I was too busy and forgot to plug in my refrigerator 😂 so more ugly strawberry almond pastries! Yall loved them last time, haha. Sorry to my croissant lovers….things will calm a smidgie after Sunday market 😁

Also me: I had a dream that my cinnamon buns were in different packaging…so I woke up and immediately bought it. 🤣
I don’t like the lids. Just a test, lol.
Menu for Polks tomorrow! Remember- the lovely Beth will be there as I will be home working on prep for the upcoming week and graduation party!

Also note that NEXT weeks schedule is as follows: Wednesday 5/27 Cedar Crest Farmers Market 3-6 & Sunday 5/31 SUNDAY MARKET 12-4 same place as the farmers market, next to triangle!

Update on the plan for the next two weeks…
🫶This week- Life obligations Thursday and Sunday SO, I am prepping all of my bread for both markets today. This means Saturdays bread will be extra proofy aka Extra sour Saturday. I’ll probably have Beth at Polks this Saturday as I have a party I’m planning Sunday for my girls graduation. Limited loafs, I can only fit 80 in my fridge. So 40 each market and come Wednesday if you wana chat with me and unless you like it sour.
🫶 Next week- Normal Wednesday, then no Polks Saturday as we have Sunday Market the 31st :) Been putting in a ton of work for this market and we have a lot happening so please come by!! Couple pics from last years (and cowboy Scott Conner will be back to kick off the season with us again this month!)

I feel like I’m a bit limited this week, and next. I have been so busy with market shenanigans and my girls, so bear with me! After graduation, and after Sunday market I’m hoping to get it together….just maybe? 😂😅
