As we gather around the table today, we are incredibly grateful for the freedom to do what we love, live in this beautiful community, and feed the neighbors we care about so much.
We love our country, and we are incredibly thankful to the sons & daughters who gave up their yesterdays for our tomorrows 🙏🏻

Has anybody else seen the story from ?!

She purchased what is marketed as a very clean bread from her local store and while slicing some up for one of her kids found WOOD CHIPS 😳
Between companies using the same materials as yoga mats for “dough conditioner” and now this… how can you still be buying store bought bread?! 🪦

We just dropped off fresh sandwich bread this morning at Bohemia BakeShop! Pre-sliced and made with ✨ Organic✨ ingredients… no wood chips included!

We also delivered lots of other goodies including ~

Pretzel Rolls
Roasted Pepper and Mozzarella Loaves
Baguettes
… and More!! 🙌🏻

Cancelled our license! 🙅🏼‍♀️

That’s right...
As of today, The Cottage Loaf Co. no longer operates under a “domestic kitchen license.”
Because we are the proud new holders of a
✨ Bakery License ✨

🍞 After hearing your requests for more sourdough and less sold out signs, our friends at the Bakeshop helped us begin the journey of upgrading our license🙏🏻
With this newly upgraded license, we can bake our treats in a (rather large 😳) commercial Hobart oven! 🔥 🥖

This takes us from producing just 3 loaves an hour... to dozens! 😍

A big, prayerful thank you to our regulars who show up every week, the new folks who gave us a chance, and our friends at the Bakeshop who helped make this happen 🫶🏼

We will see you all tomorrow at the South Valley Farmers Market!! 🍞🥬
