🗓️ Our summer and fall schedule is pretty much booked, so our availability in Cottage Grove will be limited to Row River Trail (Bike to Bread) pop up’s and Saturday pick up’s at a TBD location.

This week I have the pleasure of working with fresh milled flour from Chimacum Valley Grainery. This vertically integrated business holds so many principles that I resonate with. They are a regenerative and certified organic farm, grainery, brewery, and bakery, and also offer educational workshops. They farm how I manage my own garden, for one, utilizing cover crops to reduce the need of fertilizer. I’m excited to work with them, a business that values the health of their community, supports and sources from other local growers and is committed to a connection from farm to table.
