📣Starting Wednesday, September 9th, there will be three flavors of our sourdough on the shelves.

I always make a small loaf to try when testing new flour. This week I added melgardfarmmill Rouge de Bordeaux to the Country mix and wow, what incredible flavor. So happy to have two regenerative farms flour in the bakehouse! This also contains Chimacum Valley Grainery rye. Thank you farmers and millers🙏
