Interested in becoming a Master Food Preserver? OSU is offering a Training Course in Eugene this February. This class will be a big hit, so register early!

Now is the time to apply for the 2026 Master Food Preserver (MFP) Training Course.

The Lane County training will take place in Eugene on Thursdays starting the week of February 16th and running through April.

Applications close January 12, 2026.
