At Jo’s Dough, one of the things we value most is listening to our community. Over the last few months, many of you have asked about the flour we use and whether we’d ever consider making the switch to organic.
We’re excited to share that we’ve officially transitioned to Organic flour in our sourdough breads!
We’ve always had our Cottage Hill loaf, made with these flours already. But we wanted to take the next step for you!
This change means higher-quality ingredients, flour grown without synthetic pesticides, and the same cozy loaves you know and love! Just with an extra layer of intention behind every bake.
As a small cottage bakery, every decision matters, and while this switch wasn’t a small one, it felt like the right step for our business and the families we bake for.
