I experimented with these trifles made with chocolate pound cake and one with sweet potato pound cake oozing with caramel, chocolate and topped with roasted pecans and husbae loved it!

My Mom loves chocolate, so I made a triple chocolate pound cake (the middle layer was a fudge brownie) topped with another layer of chocolate pound cake mix topper with roasted pecans. My Mom loved it and she said this is the best cake I’ve ever made, so you know I was smiling like Cheshire Cat! 😁
