To my Columbia community,
After more than four incredible years serving this community through Julie Vanessa Cake Boutique, it’s time for me to share some bittersweet news.
Many of you have noticed my absence over the last several months. Between pregnancy, welcoming my baby, navigating postpartum, and moving my family to Kansas City, life has been wonderfully full and incredibly busy. Those changes are also why I haven’t been very active on social media.
As I prepare for a new chapter for both my family and my business, I’ve made the difficult decision to no longer serve the Columbia area for regular custom orders.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every customer, local business, vendor, venue, friend, and supporter who believed in my vision and helped JV Cake Boutique grow. You trusted me to be part of your celebrations, and I will always be grateful for the love and support this amazing community has shown me.
While this chapter is coming to a close, I’m happy to share that I will continue accepting orders for weddings and large events throughout Mid-Missouri, including Columbia.
Thank you for supporting my family, my dream, and my business over these past four years. Columbia will always hold a special place in my heart, and this is not goodbye forever, just the closing of one beautiful chapter as a new one begins.
