Who doesn’t love a classic? Here’s a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for my wonderful aunt’s birthday. She’s been one of my biggest supporters since I started baking and I can’t thank her enough!

Tried something new! Here’s vanilla cake with strawberry cream cheese filling, vanilla buttercream, and pearl sprinkles. Definitely one of mine and my family’s new all-time favorites!
