This weekend was one for the books you guys. I have no words. Each week I bake I'm left with a full cup (tired body😆), and then weeks like this happen & I'm simply just in awe. Speechless.

Thank you all so damn much for choosing me. For choosing my business. For supporting my family & my passions. Knowing so many people out there have my bread, baked goods and homegrown & made items on their dining room tables fuels my soul.

Sprinkling my food & knowledge of sourdough through this community is the greatest gift you all could give me. So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for showing up, time & time again😭🥹🫶🏼✨

We've entered the 'ber' months & although I'm not ready for summer to be over I am looking forward to workshop season! I'm kicking off the Fall season with my Sourdough for Beginners Workshop Mindful Mercantile in their ✨NEW✨ cozy location in Olmsted Falls on October 3rd from 3-5pm!

We'll go over everything you need to start or fine tune your sourdough baking journey from caring for a starter, getting into a baking routine, sharing my dough & baking process & so much more! This is a HANDS ON workshop where you'll get to feed starter that you'll be taking home, as well as shaping dough you get to take home to bake at your leisure.

Follow along with my detailed guide, take notes & join my sourdough community facebook group for any follow up help/ questions/ to share successes etc. Grab a friend or two & make a evening of it🫶🏼🥖🍞🫙

The last of the onions & a lovely little haul this evening🍅🫑🥒🧅 This right here is what makes all the hard work worth it!

Tired, dirty & smelly but we have soooo many veggies to feed us✨ We've taken a very "backseat" approach to gardening for a while now. Mainly due to tending to way too many houses & gardens; but we tend & prepare & maintain & hope for the best. Happy with anything, grateful for the abundance.
