Simple and sweet outdoor wedding last night! The bride and groom (groom being my “little” cousin by a few months) LOVE cheesecake and I was happy to oblige…and they were a hit!

This week only! Homemade Country Peach Pies! $25

I went to Amish Country this weekend and picked up some gorgeous peaches on the way home! The pies are a crusted bottom with a brown sugar crumb crust. Orders can be ready no later than this Thursday.

I know it’s short notice but I’ll be heading to NY for a fermentation festival and family visit this weekend and have limited peaches.

Unveiling The Muffincake

Ok loves...I’ve been absolutely craving blueberry muffins lately.

Fun fact #1: I abhor making muffins.

Fun fact #2 (that y’all probably know): I LOVE making cakes!

So here it is...The Muffincake.

Blueberries and fresh lemon zest run throughout the cake and it is topped with a simple butter crumb crust, glazed in a sweet lemon glaze.

Bring this to any brunch or party and it’ll be a hit!

Guess who is in a walking boot and back in action! One of my favorite customers suggested a cake of the month idea. My recipes, updated seasonally, offered for a flat $25.

June’s Cake of the month is one of my favorites:

Strawberry and Blueberry Upside Down cake. The sweet cake batter is balanced with acidity from lemon zest as well as freshly juiced blueberry and strawberry drizzle throughout. It is topped with cooked berries and a sugar glaze.

$5 surcharge if you would like it topped with my homemade whipped cream 😍
