Good morning friends! As we all know sourdough is a picky picky thing. The dough took a long time to bulk ferment and isn’t going to be ready in time for Hiawatha today. We won’t be there. BUT you can still come see us at NewBo City Market. Come find the cookie dough cinnamon rolls, English muffins, bagels and all the focaccia your heart and taste buds desire!

Almost a year ago to the day Amber and I decided to take the leap and sign a lease within NewBo City Market and turn our licensed home bakery into a full fledged bakery business and have never looked back. The community we have surrounding us of shopkeepers, customers, friends and more has been more than we could have ever imagined. We love you Cedar Rapids! 💕🫶🏻
